Banting Chimichurri Sauce - Great with steak, chicken,fish...just a fabulous thing!

Chimichurri Sauce. 

Chimichurri or chimmichurri is a green sauce used for grilled meat, originally from the Rio de la Plata in Argentina.

Ingredients:

Bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped

8 Fat cloves garlic, chopped

150ml Macadamia oil (available at our Banting and Biltong Farm-stalls)

50ml red wine vinegar

juice of half a lemon

Small red onion, chopped

Lots of freshly ground pepper or Lemon Pepper (available at our Banting and Biltong Farm-stalls)

Salt to taste

Method:

Blend together in a food processor.
